Setbacks....
Too much of this...

means no early release, despite all of my good behavior. The doctor said this morning that my bile output is still too high for my NG tube to be removed anytime soon. Which also means I won't be released anytime soon. So much for high hopes.
Otherwise, all is going well. Still walking, feeling pretty good, no fever for 2 days in a row.
The babies need some extra loving, so Sean is headed home tomorrow in my place. He'll return on Thursday. Art and my friend, Kate, will stay in his absence.
Hopefully I'll have better news to post tomorrow.

I'm sorry to hear that you won't be getting out as early as we had all hoped. Hang in there and hopefully you'll get the OK to leave soon. We're thinking about you! Lots of love, Steph

As Griffin would say, "darn it!" Sorry for the setback. We are eagerly awaiting your return. Your sweet boys are coming over tomorrow morning...and I think I will just hand Hayden the phone! Miss you. Love, Kathryn

Deklan has been really freaked out over the last couple of days about aliens coming to get him. I think after seeing this, however, I can safely say tell him that they're all hanging out in your liver making that green stuff!

I hope you're able to exorcise them soon.

Well poop!! Literally I guess:( Just think of it as you are in the best place to be for them to make sure everything is how it should be. Dont wanna go home to early and then have complications. Glad to hear Sean can head home for a bit. Hang in there. Setback could be worse. You are doing great.

Lisa, you are an amazing, beautiful woman. Your faith and the faith of those that love you is stronger than any "setback". Moving forward is what the focus is and soon this will be a bad dream. That first day you wake up in your own bed, with your beautiful children around you this will be an extended "bad hair day". You are in my thoughts and prayers daily. God bless you and your fabulous support group, especially Sean!

Is it just me or does that look like the problem is too much guacamoler milk shake?

I like how it's different shades of guacomole, lighter on top. Maybe the lighter color on top is good!

sorry to here about the setback. try to focus on all the good news that you have had the last couple of weeks instead of yesterdays bad news. good to know that sean is going to be able to take some hugs back to the kids from you.

the boys were amazing on saturday. they were really easy, played great with my two, and remember to use their manners (they need to hang out with simon more) we had a great time.

Sorry to hear of this setback. You are in all our hearts for a speedy decrease in bile. Sean's taking back your hugs and kisses will surely help you on your way, even if you can't be there with them yourself. You're going to have a liftime with them so hang on to your humor (which we love on your blogs). We wish you patience with this new snag. love,
love, love. Lyn
